Website privacy
Updated September 19, 2026. This notice describes data handled by the Truva Solutions website.
Page views and visitors
We count page views and estimate visitors using a random identifier stored in your browser for up to 30 days. We store a hashed version of that identifier with the date, and aggregate page-view totals. This measures browsers, not identified people. Refreshes of the same page in a tab within 30 minutes are deduplicated.
Our analytics database does not store your name, email, raw IP address, or browsing activity on other websites. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable this measurement. You can also turn it off here.
Comments
We store your display name, comment, submission time, and review status. Approved comments are public. Do not include confidential or sensitive personal information. Pending and rejected comments are removed after 90 days during routine analytics processing. Approved comments remain until removed. To request removal, contact us with the article and comment details.
Consultation bookings and external sites
Consultation buttons open Calendly, which handles scheduling information under its own privacy notice. External reference sites apply their own policies. We do not load Calendly on your device until you follow a booking link.
Local preferences and administration
The Security Hub checklist stores progress only in your browser. The private administration area uses a session cookie that expires after one hour. Infrastructure providers may process connection information and security logs to serve and protect the website. Rate limiting uses temporary hashed network identifiers in server memory.
Retention and contact
Visitor identifiers in the analytics database are retained for approximately 30 days; aggregate page counts do not identify a person and are kept for trend reporting. Operational backup copies may retain removed records for up to seven additional days. For privacy questions or requests, email satish@truvasolutions.com.
